”The tub in the room had gunk coming out of the Jets, made the water a dark yellow, the pool was closed, seemed to be a motel 6 turned hotel, but other than no pool, and nasty jacuzzi tub in room, it was alright, not worth the $120+ a night, get a airbnb or a more mainstream hotel”

”As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. They will tear up that room and I said no those dogs will not tear up that room. Those dogs are very well behaved they would...

”Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. ”

”The hotel is aged, duct tape all over the carpet in the hallways, old cracks in the shower floor with built up crud, “stuffy” feeling of the air. No usb ports We usually choose Holiday Inn because HI has good quality and free breakfast. This was a total disappointment, no breakfast buffet, and aged building. There was no warm feeling - just an overall disappointment for the cost. I wish I would’ve paid $50 more for a different hotel. Or even the cheapest hotel was more updated than this...

”This is an older, worn down property. It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. ”

”Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

”Room was incredibly spacious and the cleanest I've ever had. The staff was helpful 24 hrs a day and the breakfast buffet was really good! Kids played hard in the pool. We really enjoyed the convenience of the full fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. With 3 kids, we had snacks and bottles to keep and it was a huge relief not having to worry about anything. They had it covered. ”
