- The property requires a damage deposit of $50/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost

Allows dogs (maximum of 1) weighing up to 50 lbs each, with an additional charge of $50 per pet per night.
