”Just a horrible experience. The staff was helpful and courteous but the actual room and hotel were quite sub-standard. I knew that I wasn't staying in 5-star place but the condition of the hotel was still a surprise. We had a none smoking room that had clearly been smoked in. The carpeted floors felt sticky and looked really worn out. Our bathroom had garbage from previous guests and during 4 night stay, it was never cleaned. Shower was loose from the wall and used towels were picked up once...

”I will start by saying I reserved this room based on reviews. I even canceled from a different place. That was a big mistake! I’ll start with the property. It’s mediocre with people’s trash and barbecues in the back area. It looks like people live there on a pretty permanent basis so they hang around smoking by the front or back door.
