”A charming Inn to stay and enjoy all that passes by in Lock 7. Hskp staff very attentive and don’t miss a thing. Room 25 on 3rd floor is not perfect for photography as the neighbouring tree blocks a full shot of the ship in the lock. Balconies are a real plus and very clean! The chairs at the table are getting tired and should be replaced. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Make sure you visit the quaint town of Thorold. Lots of cafes and shops to enjoy within walking distance!”

"If you want to see Niagara Falls from your hotel room, choose this hotel. I stayed on 9th and 11th floors and the views of Niagara Falls will be carved to my memory forever. The breakfast is also excellent even with a station chef. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with a window that wasn't properly closed and the staff quickly changed my room. There is also a pool area with jacuzzi, but I didn't have the time to try it. Thank you for a memorable stay!"
