”Perfect walking distance for everything”

”The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me.”

”When I first entered my room, it appeared musty and dingy - typical of a cheap motel. But then I entered the bathroom. There was some sort of animal feces in the sink, and the tub/shower was beyond dirty - with animals prints in the tub. I quickly left and went back to the check in counter, and explained the situation to the young woman, who seemed perplexed but not shocked. She gave me keys to a different room. Luckily there were no feces, but everything was pretty dirty and there was no toilet...

”Hotel needs condemned to be remodeled. Breakfast falsely advertised. Was a bag breakfast grab and go bag of crap. Shower water valve was stripped hard to turn on cold water. Staff didn't have a clue how to fix. Had to pay to park your car.”

”Actual room and dining area were no where close to the pictures in Expedia. One of the bed in Suite#111 did not even have a fitted bed sheet. Bed mattress was dirty and hard. Window curtain was not adequate to block the entire window in the kitchenette. Light coming in from the window. Pipes in the kitchenette were gurgling periodically all night. Weird smell in the room at night, which seemed to be mostly due to HVAC filters needing replacement. Room bathroom was old - missing tile on wall...

”Rooms are always clean and staff are friendly”

”The room was decent for the time being just note that once you book the room, they do charge $200 safety deposit fee for the room so be prepared for that and as for the room, it was clean for the bed part there was a stain like somebody spilled something when we just got into the room and it was dried. The room was not dusty at all just smells of cigarette smoking into the vents when you would turn on the AC or the heat and if you were in the bathroom, you would smell a little bit of cigarette...

”The property is very dated. Our front door was shared by two separate rooms. The room was clean but the furniture in the room was very old and the A/C very loud. There was no remote for the TV and it wasn't working. In the bathroom, there wasn't enough towels, no cups and no mat for the floor. It looked like the bathroom was recently updated..”

”Stay was okay, pool is non functional, otherwise a nice affordable place to stay”

”Very nice. Everything we needed and no unnecessary extra frills. Close to the Niagara river, has a minigolf ($2 per rental), small playground, foortball field (no ball though). Staff were very friendly. I much prefer this cozy and more nature-close accommodation to the hectic and noisy area in the Niagara Falls. ”

”There was mold all on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower there were stains on the towels”
