Every single member of the staff is very attentive to your needs/requests as well as genuinely caring. The beach is literally steps from your room. The food is fresh and tasty. If you want to go into St. George's, the bus ride is scenic and inexpensive - or the staff can arrange other transportation. I always thoroughly enjoy my stay at La Sagesse and highly, highly recommend it.”

Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. ”When I made the reservation at Maca Bana, I looked at the photos and read the reviews. I was confident we would like the place. After being here for a 5-day stay it far exceeded my expectations. Yes the place is beautiful and set within the paradise of Grenada. ”The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

Steep walking uphill, would be good to get some kind of golf cart for transportation up maybe. :) Room had only one small trash can. You cannot smoke there and the hotel restaurant doesn't have any alcohol. ”
