”It was inexpensive & conveniently located. Although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to control the climate in the room. Air gaps around the door. The A/C added more moisture to the room so all surfaces were always sticky. Generally room & bathroom lighting were bad. Exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT WORK! Charged an additional night & it took are 7 day stay to get it resolved. Next time we will pay more for better accommodations.”

”When you walked through the door, you were immediately hit with the smell of mildew and/or mold. I started to have respiratory issues while there.”

”Property was nice though the address given to the hotel didn't show up on my Garmin or my cell phone but had no issues finding the hotel. Room was nice and clean but had a room on the freeway side which was a little noisy. Other than that, great stay, excellent breakfast.”

”Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.”

”You have to go to the lobby to get hot water/drinks. Pillows were flat, one of them was lumpy making sleep difficult.”

”Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the...

”The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.”

”Stayed at 3 diff ES over past few months. Quality of food and mngr reception has been meh to poor at all. Billing issues. Will probably never stay at an ES again.”

”The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well.”
