”We were there for a cornhole tournament so we weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities but the staff were amazing. The rooms being attached to the convention center was a huge plus! Us being there in January it was nice to not have to leave the whole weekend. ”

”The hotel had maybe 8 guests, yet, I was put in a room with an adjoining door and could hear every word spoken by a whole group of young males during the entire stay. Every cough, every syllable. Loud swear words, slamming doors. Then woke up to no breakfast food put out. This property specifically advertises their breakfast, but they pick and choose when to actually provide customer service depending on occupancy and a whim. ”Great communication from hosts! The property was awesome. Very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking essentials we needed to have a great friendsgiving feast. Would definitely recommend! ”

”The staff was incredibly rude to me and my son. It seemed they cared more about their stuff than the paying guests. I filed a complaint with corporate office due to this. We won't stay there again ”

”The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. ”
