Overall Okay at best, the home needs a lot of work: flooring, walls, shower doors, door handles (most were loose), pool, etc. The patio furniture was very worn and wobbly, 2 plastic chaise chairs for 4 people. The couch was also very worn, floors were dirty. Had to wash feet (after early evening shower) before bed due to floors. Gas grill fired up right away, but after 30 minutes grilling chicken breasts (normally 16 minutes at 400 degrees) cooked them on stove because they were still pink. Additional refrigerator in garage was nice, laundry appliances were fine, WiFi also worked well. This location is directly over airline flight pattern, so a planes fly over every 2-3 minutes...its the first thing you hear in the morning when you wake and the last thing you hear falling asleep. The beds were all very comfortable and host communication was ample.

Great property that met all of our needs while we were in town for a golf tournament. Spacious, beds were comfortable, and checkin process was seamless. Would certainly stay again.

We stay in this house for 2 weeks, the comunication with the co-host was easy and he came twice a week to maintain the pool even made sure we had gas for the grill.The living room made us feel at home and the rooms and bathrooms are super comfy.The neighborhood was very quiet and super safe is also close to sawgrass mall and other stores and restaurants.

Quiet place to stay

My husband and I stayed two nights for a weekend getaway. My in-laws were going to be with us but they had to cancel due to illness. The house was as described. The master bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. But, i would definitely recommend the property to others. Really quiet neighborhood and the master bed was very comfortable. Good location also.

Beautiful house

This amazing house had a really nice look. Everything very clean and well decorated. I absolutely loved staying here the garage had toys for the kids and fishing rods. The kids loved the floats and toys. The area is very calm and the neighbors are friendly. I will definitely come back.

Perhaps a diamond in the rough.

Property furnishings are nice and stylish. Did provide coffee and cream and many varieties of Shampoo and conditioner to meet a wide spectrum of hair needs. That was super nice. Vinyl flooring coming up in many locations. Refrigerator/freezer drawers needed a good wipe out. Coffee pot with dried coffee in it. Master bath hand towel holder coming off the wall. Neighborhood in a starter home community: close houses, cars parked on grass. With a little maintenance and more thorough cleaning and a softer couch you could overlook the neighborhood. Did not have time to communicate this to the homeowner.

Nice house

It’s a nice house, but it needs a little work. Some of the wallpaper and flooring was bubbled or separating. There’s zero ceiling fans in the entire house. The AC struggled with the heat, house was 80 during the day and 76 at night despite the a/c being set to 74. It wasn’t a bad stay, the owners were very nice but I like my house cold, especially for sleeping. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
