This lovely 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house with a huge back yard on the peninsula is perfect for any purpose or getaway. 1 block away to the beach, 5 mins walk to the Deerfield Beach pier with shops and restaurants, and 2 mins walk to the canal for boating and fishing. The quiet neighborhood hidden next to the Deerfield Beach pier allows any guest a tranquil rest after having fun at the beach and boating. Enjoy yourself and have a relaxed vacation!

Nice and quiet.

This place was PERECT! We’ve started at several beachfront hotels and other rentals, but this has been the best for us in Deerfield beach.

Comfortable, and close to beach and river

Wonderful near beach bungalow with fantastic showers and hot water. Perfect location between intercoastal waterway and beach. Easy to walk or drive to almost anything including shops, restaurants, and parks.

Deerfield beach vacation

To say we loved the house is an understatement! It was so comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Close to the beach and restaurants. The host is quick to respond with questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

A quick, 2 day, trip to Deerfield Beach for a family gathering. The location of the property was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and local dining. The house was cute and a perfect size for three adults. It was easy to see that both the kitchen and bathrooms had both been refurbished, giving the home a very comfortable feel! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay !

The listing was spot on ! As described! Cute and comfortable house, 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and restaurants. Super clean and with everything you might need. They even had 3 types of coffee, we did not need to use ours. Quiet street, washer and dryer were a plus! Communication with the host was super easy! We had an amazing time!

Great house in a great area with lots of things to do within walking distance. They have plenty of beach supplies so no need to go buy any or bring any!

Perfect Family Stay

The house was perfect for my young children. A bungalow (no stairs to worry about with toddlers), blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a large fenced in backyard. Close to Deerfield strip and lots of fun things to do in the area!The host also had great communication and was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great beach stay!

We were affected by the southwest meltdown over the holidays, but a few of our family members were able to make it to Florida. They loved the house. It was clean, and within walking distance to the beach.

Great location!

We stayed a few nights as I have family in the area and it was a great stay! It was just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We had two toddlers with us and there wasn’t too many things that they could “get into” for say which was great. They enjoyed the free range of the fenced in back yard. We brought our own wagon to walk them to the beach but the property has beach chairs, toys and towels available already. Was clean and convenient to everything around. Would stay here again!

Great, clean property conveniently located. Could use a few more dishes and definitely needs more silverware. Drawers in kitchen to left of stove need repair; all three are off the slides and need to be screwed back on. Otherwise, EXCELLENT place to stay for the week!

Great Location for Beach Vacation

We come down to Florida every March to escape the Midwest winter weather. Matt’s house provided us with a wonderful location that was very close to Deerfield beach, the pier and several good restaurants. The house is just as it appears in the listing with three nice bedrooms and a wonderful open kitchen / living room area for gathering. Matt was extremely easy to work with and responsive to all of our questions. We had a great time!

Highly Recommend this home!

Wonderful home with perfect location. Short and easy walk to quiet beach. Bonus was the available beach gear and cooler. Nice to sit on front deck and have coffee in the quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to great shops, restaurants and ice cream every night. Owner was quick to reply and knowledgeable with questions we had. Laundry available with detergent we could use and plenty of toiletries available to us was an added bonus. Loved our vacation! We highly recommend!

Family stay

All in all it’s a great property and the host is reacting promptly to any questions. We could even extend the our stay by a couple of hours for a fair price. We only gave 4 stars because the outside was rather untidy but apart from this we can absolutely recommend his property. We might even go back there

Great stay, small notes

Cute place, close to beach. Awesome house. Only downs: 1. air wasn’t on when we arrived. It’s almost summer in Florida. House was 85 and took a while to get to a comfortable temp. 2. Listing mentioned 2 double futons. There were nice air mattresses. This worked, but it was not what we were expecting based on the listing.

Cutie beach house

Although we didn’t go to the beach during our stay the house certainly had the beach field! We have family who live in Boca about a mile north of the Deerfield and that’s why we chose that location. And we are glad we did. The only thing we didn’t like were the living room furniture. It was not comfortable. But other than that, everything was excellent.

Short Stay

We stayed at this home 3 nights. It was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. There were enough linens and basic cleaning supplies, with the ability to launder towels and clothes. The home had updated appliances, safe and easy to use. The air conditioning was working very well, and we had no issues at all. The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions. We were all so impressed. I can’t say enough about this property, and I feel fortunate to have stayed there. Thank you!

Nice home in a great location!

We came down to Florida with our 3 daughters (age 26 - 30), our son-in-law, a boyfriend and our 2 year old grandson. We had a great time! It is a easy walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. It wad a little tight, but we knew that going into it. My only complaint was the furniture was a little uncomfortable and it could have used a BBQ pit. Trying to make dinner for 8 people was challenging in the kitchen. Overall, a great experience. One suggestion would be to do something with the backyard. Personally, I would extend the house out to add some more bedrooms and baths. Thanks for sharing your home!

Excellent in all areas

We enjoyed our stay in this home and wish we could have stayed longer. We were in the area for for a wedding in Boca Ratan. Matt gave us early check in at 2 for no extra cost and was always quick to reply to my messages and very attentive to our needs! The location is awesome, only a couple blocks from both the beach and “town” that has restaurants and beachy shops. But the home was also private and quiet. This house is VERY clean, which is a big priority for me when in a VRBO. The beds are excellent, there are a lot of plush white towels, and there are beach towels as well as beach chairs. The house has plenty of supplies including laundry detergent, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, dish soap etc. When flying into an area for only a few days, it’s super nice to not have to buy all that stuff! We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area. It’s a beautiful beach town!

Great location but property deceiving

Pros - Location is great. Cons- Photos are VERY outdated. House was not clean, there was trash in bedrooms and behind couch, food in couch. Im not talking a little, I’m talking a LOT. There was a giant pile of miscellaneous items on the living room floor. The deck and backyard was not in usable condition, dry rotted wood, torn and broken decking. The front of house had huge piles of yard waste a debris. There is no whirlpool tub as advertised. And the dining room set is different then whats pictured. I took photos of everything. I feel ripped off.

Not Cozy At All

When we walked in the home there was a foul smell very musty. Uninviting! The house is not family gathering friendly. Everything is compartmentalized. The only space to gather was in the small living room with uncomfortable seating. Photos are misleading. Along with forcing us to take an "extra security" is extortion. On the listing it mentions spa/hottub. It was no where to be found. Also, the list instructions were not friendly at all. Outrageously overpriced for what was offered! Misleading and uncomfortable. Will NOT recommend to anyone.
