Coral Reef Apartments # 4

Coral Reef Apartments on yksityinen 10-yksikön kiinteistö, joka on remontoitu vain kävelymatkan päässä kauniilta Pompanon rannalta. Omaisuus sijaitsee veden äärellä uima-altaalla ja upouusi 90 jalka-telakalla. Jokainen huoneisto on kalustettu ja valmis nauttimaan lomastasi paratiisissa. Kävele rannalle, makaa uima-altaalla tai grilli. Lomasi poissa kotoa.

Pompano Beach on tunnettu rannoistaan, venesatamistaan ja offshore-koralliriutoista sekä lukuisista hylkyistä ja muista sukelluskohteista. Pitkä Pompano Beach Pier ulottuu Atlantin valtamerelle. Pohjoinen, rannikon varrella, 1900-luvun Hillsboron majakka suojelee Hillsboro-sisääntuloa, joka on sisäänkäynti sisävesiväylään.

Our family spent a week at this property and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is close enough to walk to the beach which we did to watch the sun rise and then we went back and forth throughout the day. The front desk (Camila) was very responsive throughout the week when we asked questions about the property, renting beach chairs and umbrellas, and assisting with check in and check out. I highly recommend this property if you are in the Pampano Beach area!

Location was great. Close to pier and beach, Great free laundry. In quiet neighborhood, Nice grill area. Only things that could have been better was inside is in great need of painting and could use more chairs around pool.

Great location and stay!

We had a lovely stay at Coral Reef. The building is located on a nice quiet street with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the access to the pool and view of the canal. The unit was clean and accurately listed. The host was easy to communicate with and supported us when needed. We will for sure return.

Home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed at Coral Reef when visiting family in the neighborhood. We chose first floor for ease of access. There are two steps up to the first floor apartments, and there is a handrail. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen for simple cooking. The bed was comfy. Linens were new. The shower was excellent. Lots of hot water and lots of water pressure. For those with limited mobility. The shower is a tub shower and you need to step over the tub ledge,- there are no disability bars. Our porch was delightful and private because of the way the building is designed. It had a constant breeze. The pool deck was steps away. The pool deck is on one of those small access canals. It is large so there is plenty of room for the lounge chairs and a dining table. It is fully fenced and has childproof gates. The pool was always clean and we were able to swim comfortably the first week. Week 3 was a bit too chilly for us. Huge beach towels are provided for pool or beach. Beach chairs were also available. Laundry is free, and the machines are brand new. This is a perfect place for those of us who like quiet. The beach is an easy walk. Will definitely stay here for future visits.

Private- Pleasant Stay

Bev and Dennis ; the Property Managers are the best! They are always available to help. The building is older, however , it appears that they are working on updates and upgrades. Pool area is private, clean and right on Intercoastal. Since it is an older building, the Air conditioning units are good but fairly noisy! Laundry area great. The units themselves are roomy and could be more homey and cozy with some small simple decorative touches ( nicer side tables, coffee table, cushions, mirror in bedroom...) Pleasant place to stay and met some great people!

Everything was fine, there could be a few more amenities like soap, extra trash bags….there was the bare minimum. On the other side of the coin however, I left an important prescription in the room and upon speaking to the property manager the prescription was overnighted…thank you very much.

What we expected

Older buildering but interior was updated. AC, all appliances worked well. Nice size TV with plenty of channels. Beach is about a 15min. walk. Nice little patio with view of canal.

Weekend getaway trip.

Overall the property mostly met our expectations. The only concerns were the tub didn't drain, but the owner took prompt action when notified to rectify. The fan in the ceiling of the bathroom was full of dust and didn't appear to have been cleaned in some time. Also, there was nothing to clean the dishes with, so had to use a bath towel. The cushions of the pull-out couch bed was full of debris and food crumbs and the sheets were dirty, but were able to find clean sheets to replace them. Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. People/neighbors were all very friendly.

Loved my stay at Coral Reef! Location was perfect! Beach minutes away, restaurants near by! The pool was clean and the view from the pool was cool with the canal, palm trees and lizards all around! The owners were very quick to respond when messaged !!

Convenient, Quiet, Clean

This place looks just the way it is presented on VRBO. Although, there are 10 units, your patio provides privacy. The pool, BBQ and grounds are kept clean and neat. Although, there is a huge apartment building next door, each patio has a nice view of a canal, which also provides a nice breeze. The pool area gets the full sun most of the day and the property even has a private dock for boats. Easy access to the beach about 3 blocks away.

Best Location in Pompano

This place is a hidden gem! The place is beautiful, but location is great right on the water, the management is superb and you won’t regret it. I’m grateful I found this spot and can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Coral Reef Apartments is on a canal which leads to the Intracoastal Waterway, also a short walk to the ocean. The property is very clean with all amenities provided. We hope to stay here again next winter.
