The most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced. Dog feces in the emergency staircase, puke in the hallway and guests freely smoking pot throughout the hallways. Our 4th floor suite had a broken window and the air conditioning squealed- I could not call the front desk because the phone cord was cut. The elevator was broken and I slept in my car due to the foul odors everywhere. I was told there were no other rooms but sat in the front lobby for hours watching many other people check in. This is NOT LaQuinta!!!!! Do not spend one penny. I contacted the manager on Monday and when I threatened to call the health dept & OSHA on them he hung up. DO NOT STAY THERE.

The hotel staff were amazing. I had a huge problem with reservations department. I was coming on a red eye flight so I booked an extra night so that I could have the room ready at 7 am upon my arrival, I asked them to note that, they said they placed the note. Upon my arrival the front desk canceled my reservation and put me as no show no call. I explained the situation and they said no notes available, however they went the extra mile and gave me the room. They need to work on their communication.

Stay at your own risk.......The hotel needs to be updated and the staff vetted and trained. The issues started when the room key didn't work on the second day. Checked with front desk and found out I was listed as being in another room. The issue was rectified (or so I thought). Later that night, the security officer attempted to enter the room, claiming he forgot something in the room. Needless to say, I was scared.. the police was called and I proceeded to book at a room elsewhere. Despite my early check out, charges were applied to the credit card on file. Attempts to speak with staff was met with hostility and rude service where I was put on hold indefinitely.

This property was very run down. The photos and outlook on Expedia were great, along with its amenities. Truthfully the place is filthy and smelly, it is very poorly maintained. Our shower/tub was disgusting and an odor lingered in the room and hallway. For a Wyndham property, this was the worst I have ever seen.

This hotel was so disgustingly dirty. Our room had an air purifier in it, that ran constantly to remove the weed and whatever other smells. The sheets had gross marks on them, showing they weren’t changed. The floors hadn’t been cleaned ever, maybe? If we hadn’t got in after midnight I would’ve left. Thought about sleeping in the car but the people hanging out in the parking lot changed that idea.

Excellent beds and quiet/ clean room. Lowlights: not a good reception while checking-in, even missed breakfast due to lack of information. Had to ask for our first room change due to a strong bad smell on it. Highlight: for sure Lovely’s checkout receptionist attentions.

I don’t want to indicate much negative information for what could have been isolated. Would be best to discuss with property manager. However, the hotel was average and the room concept is a bit dark. The staff were the best part about the stay (friendly and accommodating). Not sure I’d go back anytime soon unless the savings is great compared to other hotels.

The room had a moldy scent. Also when I woke up the first day, my clothes were wet hotels smelt and clean. I had a package delivered and a staff member signed for it. There was proof from my shipping company and yet it was stolen. The manager did not assisted at all, he was so nonchalant as if he didn’t even care he didn’t run the cameras. Had My package was not gonna be delivered there. I would’ve let and rent it elsewhere. I will definitely not associate myself with the La Quinta Inn again, nor will I recommended to any of my people.

Property was very unkept and the pictures on the website is misleading, smelly, i had to change rooms because the water hearter was not working and then the other room pull out bed did not have padding so you are literally sleeping on springs that they did not sympathize with, afterwards i requested to be refunded becuade of the poor facilities and the front desk agent said she could not because only the manager has this ability i ask her to call him she said he is out for the weekend i have to wait until Monday and i said he should be taking emergency calls she said she cant call him and cannot guarantee me a refund so i stayed a tourturing 3 nights. Please do not stay here, the manager said he would have called me back and nothing, i called and he is on lunch i guess we will see. Poorly managed, there is no way that no one at this facility cant make decisions on refunds and tge like if the manager is away and does not want to be bothered on his/her time off.

Waiting for Expedia and the property mgr to call back. The elevator was broken and had to carry luggage up to 4th floor- dog feces in the stairway- people smoking pot in the hallways, random people wandering the halls- our window was broken and left open- the smell in the room was horrible and they sent a msn with a citrus spray. The a/c was squealing and could not call for service because the phone cord was ripped out of the wall. The night staff would not help in anyway and I slept in my vehicle. We left the next morning after talking to Sharnett who was VERY helpful/ SHE should be the manager. Expedia kept me on the phone for over 4 hours with NO resolution. I paid for and booked a different hotel. La quinta is NEVER like this- I would NEVER choose this location again EVER!!!

Due to the damage to the elevator the repair technician did not have the part in his vehicle. He informed us that it would be up and running the next day it was repaired and back up and running. First, there are 2 La Quinta stays across each orher. Enter this adress in WAZE and you’ll end up in the middle of nowhere. I called the hotel for instructions and after parking and unloading, it was the wrong one. Repack car, drive a short distance and enter this place. To begin, rhe fronr desk lady did not accept 2 of my master cards because she had not heard of them. Had to give her my bank card. Had to lug all my bags up stais because the elevator was broken. The windows in the room were stuck, and remained cracked all night. The AC did not work. There was a party out in the parking lot and due to the uncloseable window, I had to listen to bass music alllllll night. The rug in the room was entirely moist-it was disgusting. PLEASE BEWARE. You’ve been warned. Dont believe me? Room 208, uncloseable window.

This property is the worst I have encountered. I am a flight attendant I sleep in thousands of hotel. I must said this the worse.. expect a lot is happening outside, smoke from lobby dirty carpet, cold water, dirty cover sheet, the wall are patches. I paid for breakfast no area for breakfast I was told no breakfast was there by 7:30 Am. The room are Smoke smelling room. I can go on and on stay away folks don’t get fooled Expedia stop advertising this hotel do not go there.
