Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house is spacious and provides the perfect space for entertaining guests. However, we ask that you respect these simple rules:
-No parties.
-No smoking inside.
-No noise or loud music after 10 PM.

There are exterior surveillance cameras and noise detector devices in place too - so please don`t try anything funny!

Lastly, we ask that you don`t stay more than 8 people (10 including children) at the house at all times.

Current Living Arrangement:

* 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms
* The kitchen has everything needed for cooking including soft closing cabinets, dishes, silverware, glassware, plastic ware and wine glasses for the pool area. There are also pots, pans and other cooking tools in this kitchen. You will find an air fryer, a Keurig coffee maker which is perfect for the morning caffeine fix.
* All bathrooms come with an assortment of soft towels, hair dryers and first-aid, products for cleaning up such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and toilet paper.
* Laundry Room: Available for your use upstairs; iron, ironing board.
* Parking: 2-car garage (parking is also available in the driveway), up to 4 vehicles total. Level 2 EVO Charge electric vehicle charging station.

* This lovely home has a private heated pool, an outdoor gas grill, an outdoor shower and four lounge chairs with all of the necessary summer-fun accessories!

You`ll never want to leave this beautiful home - it`s definitely worth the stay!

*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control company may be there to service the exterior of the house so don`t be alarm.

* Self Check-In. To self-check-in, you`ll need to read the instructions carefully and let us know if there`s anything going wrong at all! Instructions will be sent one day before your stay begins..
*Check-in time* is after 4 p.m.; check-out is before 11 a.m.

You`re invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.
