One of the most beautiful beaches on Florida's Atlantic Coast, Hollywood Beach is the perfect spot for a memorable South Florida beach vacation.
The Historic Downtown District’s sidewalk cafes, art galleries, bars, restaurants, and dance clubs are popular among locals and visitors alike, and the miles of picturesque coastline is especially attractive to homebuyers looking to call this slice of paradise in Florida home.

A home carefully curated for fun and relaxation for the entire family.

It has 3 bedrooms:
1 - En suit bathroom, King size Bed, dresser and large closet with shelves and hangers
2 - Queen size bed, closet with shelves and hangers
3- Queen size bed, closet with shelves and hangers

Three full bathrooms, two of which with a shower/tub combo, 3 separate living rooms, dining area, office space, fully stocked kitchen and a bonus GAME ROOM featuring dart board, ping pong table, poker table and lounge area.
But that is not all, we have crafted an amazing backyard for you to enjoy what's best in South Florida: The great outdoors!

Our guests may use the laundry room free of charge for your convenience, there is free high-speed WiFi throughout the listing and parking can accommodate up to 2 cars in the driveway.

The main living room has comfortable furniture and a 75" Smart TV (ROKU- Log in to your favorite streaming apps account, no cable or local channels). The invitingly comfortable sectional couch is large enough to sleep on.


In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for cooking. The dining table is set for six.
There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, coffee station with a Keurig machine, etc. Please keep in mind that since this is a vacation home, the kitchen only basic cookware.
We also offer laundered towels, hand towels, face cloths, soap, shampoo.

NOTE: Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management, that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions. In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

The home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
