The space
Welcome to my 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom house. This home is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the City for business!

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other bedroom has two double-sized beds.

The living room has a TV with a Wi-Fi + Amazon TV over 300 channels around the world in multiple languages and also a TV in the guest room with Chromecast access.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

The house also includes a gym with 3 machines & weights, 4 folding bicycles, private infinity water view from the large windows, tank less water heater, 2 hair dryers, private backyard fence, an inground heated pool, 38' on the water, big 20’ deck with maximum of 35’ boat accessible, outside lunch area, an open Porch with 4 seats dining table, hammock, multiple pool chairs, and long chairs. There are also 2 chairs dining table and a portable BBQ outside, next to the pool.

A washer and a dryer are also ensuite for guests to use!

*As per the State By-Law Guidelines, for your comfort and safety to engage in moderate physical activity in the pool, the pool water heater temperature is set at 84F.
If the water temperature exceeds 104F, DO NOT ENTER IN THE POOL WATER, and please immediately advise management.
The pool has NO lifeguard on duty, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Children under the age of 15 may NOT use the swimming pool WITHOUT adult supervision.
People at risk with heart and blood pressure should refrain from entering the pool water… IT’S AT THEIR OWN RISK. If they still do, before entering the pool water, they should seek the doctor's advice and use extreme precautions.

*As per Fort Lauderdale City Code, Section 47-34.4.B.1., and the property policy, the following vehicles are not allowed on the property. They are Boat, boat on trailer, boat trailer, RV, commercial vehicle, mobile home, bus, or inoperable vehicle.

*A maximum of two passenger vehicles is allowed and they need to be park in the parking zone only.

*NO overnight street parking.

*Please note: Gnats have been observed in the area, particularly after rainfall, as the increased humidity appears to attract them.

*For any boat docking, it needs to be pre-approved by the property management.

* Please note: The water land line length is 38.5’ long. At their own risk, we can allow a Boat with the maximum length of 32’.

*As per the Fort Lauderdale Bylaws, the pool pump needs to be off from 9PM to 8AM (at night). Without the pump, the pool heater stops.
The actual pool water temperature is 84F and the outside temperature is 80F.
The pool heater is set up at 87F.
