”Good parking, clean comfortable room. Front desk staff confused and not sure of himself. We waited over 30 minutes to check in, our wait was noticed by the general manager who quickly got us checked in. The manager apologized for his desk clerk ”

”Morning breakfast was just okay this time. Have had better, even at this site. Also; property now charges $5 to park on their property. Why?”

”Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better.”

”Even though I made a reservation there was no room for me when I got there. The front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Very disappointing especially as I am a platinum Marriott member. ”

” Staff was polite, rooms were good. Ac worked and a decent breakfast. Parking lot outside was a trash dump.”

”The room is adequate. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on cement. Laundry was out of order for the entire stay. Woman at desk was nice and easy to deal with: other staff not so much. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking, gathering, etc. location good and close to highway, but you have to make 1 million u turns to get to anything nearby like stores, food, gas. ”
