”people above us, low parking availability, shower nicd”

”This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog...

”Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links.”

”Easy check-in, spotless house, and close to the NY train. Erly is very friendly and responsive. We asked for extra towels, and he had the cleaning crew deliver them.”

”This was a perfect place for our group. Most bedrooms are actual bedrooms - not the beds shoved into closets and hallways you often find in rental properties that advertise this size. So privacy and quiet were all possible (though it's not exactly a quiet neighborhood, especially during the World Cup!). The Kitchen was nice and big - I wish we had had time to make some group meals. The Wifi was unclear. I guess it was there, but there were no instructions. The host came in late one night,...

”Great place to stay! How was very accommodating!”

”Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. ”

”Nice”

”We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

”The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Sherry was very helpful with any questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for our meals. Nice neighborhood of beautiful older homes. It was perfect for my wife and I and our grandson who was playing in a baseball tournament in the area. I would definitely recommend the apartment.”

”Had a great stay communication with the host was perfect. Will definitely go back. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but the house is very clean and nice close to a lot of great restaurants.”
