”Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

”Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

”Terrible. Well at least room 334 was. It smelled like your crazy cat lady aunt's house with a dirty litter box. We found animal hair and a cat toy. Even with the windows open, we put Vicks VapoRub on our noses. We have had to wash everything we brought into the room. Note my girlfriend and I both have indoor cats in our homes. Honestly, I am shocked they are even using this room in its current state. We were exhausted from travel and checked in late after the front desk was gone or we would...

The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there...
