Welcome to Pelican Watch # 603! This sixth-floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has recently been renovated as of 2024. The beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan is perfect for quality time together and views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen to the living room. The living room offers direct access to the balcony and plenty of seating both inside and out. Unwind in the primary bedroom which offers a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed while the second guest bedroom has a daybed and trundle, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. A washer and dryer are included for additional convenience. Pelican Watch is located directly on the beach with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from every balcony. A large pool and hot tub are the main amenities at this complex. Times Square and multiple shopping and dining experiences are available within a mile of the complex. Pelican Watch is a 6-story condo complex offering 2 to 3-bedroom units.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.

You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
