THE CONDO



With nearly 800 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the open floor plan comfortably accommodates up to four guests.



The living room is centered around the incredible waterfront views, offering comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, DirecTV, and a full wall of sliding glass doors that seamlessly blend the indoors with the scenery beyond. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, coffee maker, and a variety of small appliances, while the adjacent dining table seats four and the breakfast bar provides seating for two.



Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony overlooking Estero Bay, Big Carlos Pass, and the Gulf beyond. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or an evening drink as the sun sets over the water. Being on the 4th floor also gives you a bird's-eye view of the resort's beautiful lagoon-style pool below, adding to the lively vacation atmosphere during the day while still allowing the sweeping water views to take center stage.



The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, DirecTV, and convenient access to the oversized bathroom.



One of the features guests appreciate most is the large dual-access bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. It includes a relaxing corner tub, an oversized walk-in shower, an extended double vanity with generous counter space, and a separate private toilet area—making mornings much easier when traveling together.
