Best spot on Estero Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean, well-appointed rental. The beach chairs and umbrella and cooler were an added bonus. Great ocean front view. This was by far the best spot on the beach for finding shells. We walked both ends and this spot fit the bill all around. We came at a good time of year too, early June, no crowds anywhere we ventured. You will need a car for eating out though. Not many restaurants nearby.

Milton kicked us out!

We arrived late, the directions weren't clear and found out that there were 2 buildings. When we found our place, it was nice and had a great view. There was only one source of ventilation and didn't circulate around the separate areas very well. The weather was miserable and we were forced to evacuate on the 2nd day due to Hurricane Milton. There still appeared as though more work was needed from previous storms but didn't interfere with our stay. The staff kept us updated and communicated with us during our brief stay. Hope the best for them in recovering from Milton

Unhappy

On arrival, there was fencing around the front part of the building which made me think the building was closed for re-construction as was so many places on the island. There was no signage showing the entrance was at the ocean side of the building. I called tri-power office who did a three-way call with the building manager. When asked if she could help me find the entrance, she was belligerent, vulgar and hateful. There was no mention of the building being under re-construction when I made the reservation. Had to sign waivers to release the contractors and tri-power from liability before getting a parking permit. Couldn't use the pool without driving to the tri-power office so we forfeited pool use. At best I would say a very disappointing stay.

Service? Setzen 6 - never again

1 Tag vor Anreise kam die Info, dass wir das Appartement nicht nutzen können. Wir waren bereits an unserer dritten Station in den Everglades auf einer Schifffahrt. Die uns per Mail angegebenen Alternativen habe ich weder in der App noch im Internet gefunden! Leider habe ich dann Carlos gebeten, für uns die beste Option/ Alternative zu nehmen und schrieb ihm, dass er uns wohl nicht enttäuschen würde! Weit gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter kennen die Anlage gar nicht und haben keinen Überblick. Wir bekamen genau die Wohnung, wo genau in unserer Aufenthaltswoche, Malerarbeiten an der Fassade ausgeführt wurde. Ab 07:30 Uhr waren drei fahrbaren Hubarbeitsbühnen, welche unentwegt bei Gebrauch piepen und natürlich direkt vor unserem Balkon parkten und den Meerblick versperrten. Überall an den drei Gebäuden wurden die Bewohner auf diese Malerarbeiten hingewiesen und von unserer ursprünglichen Wohnung aus, Gebäude A hätten wir rein gar nichts mit bekommen. Nachdem ich Carlos dies zurück gemeldet habe, war seine einzige Antwort: sorry, es steht in der Anzeige, dass in der Anlage noch Arbeiten ausgeführt werden. Herzlichen Dank! Die Mitarbeiterin, aus dem Office, welche ich kontaktierte für den Parkschein, zog es vor, private Telefongespräche zu führen, mit Lautsprecher natürlich :-) und sprach zunächst gar nicht mit mir, lotse mich nach draußen und faselte zwei Sätze, war genervt, weil ich nachfragen musste und das war es! Die Touristen dürfen den Sturmschaden auslöffeln! Never again ;–(

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from inside the condo and on the balcony (180 degree view). TriPower was very easy to work with and very communicative. We would rent through them again.

The towel rack was falling off in the bathroom & we expected it would be fixed, so we could hang our bath towels to dry, but they didn't show up. We really missed having restaurants & bars nearby (within walking distance). I know it will all come back with time.

Reviewer Comments: Considering the recent devastation from hurricane Ian, the property at estero beach & tennis club was amazing, they are doing an outstanding job in their recovery efforts and are currently one of the few larger resorts opened on the island. Our stay was so enjoyable because of TriPower commitment to customer service, great communication and personal service for Karina at TriPower we have already booked another stay for thanksgiving week.

Great Condo - Disappointing Events

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this unit and it's location but were disappointed in management's handling of events that diminished the experience of this year's stay. The management company hired a plumber to replace the water heater between guests and that plumber messed up with the water connections. We arrived to find water on the floors. The management company's and the complex maintenance people's response was good, but it took six days to dry out the dry wall. Thus we were in an inferior unit about a mile away and could not enjoy this unit for six days. Once we were moved back in we enjoyed the rest of the stay but were not offered restitution for our inconvenience. The plumber should have had Errors & Omissions insurance to compensate the owner and we should have received at least part of that compensation. That has not yet happened.

We really love the views of the beach and ocean from Unit 306A, and the unit is well stocked. We hope to spend 3-4 weeks here again next year.

July 2018 Stay

I had a truly enjoyable experience during my stay. The beach was beautiful! The condo was nice and comfortable. The people at EBTC were friendly and I had a great time meeting new people around the pool. I hope to definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful. Condo was beautiful and was exactly as advertised. Tri-Power was wonderful Checkin and out was so easy. Cheryl, the owner was so nice on the phone and gave us lots of suggestions on where to eat. Will definitely come back and stay in that unit again too. Had such a wonderful time.
