Outfitted with granite countertops and all appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher, the Kitchen is fully equipped for staying in to dine - dishware, cookware, tableware included. There's a Breakfast Bar that seats 3. The Dining Area has a table for 4. The Living Area has comfortable seating and a huge flat screen TV. (There's a sleeper sofa for overnight guests)

There's carpet and tile flooring and several ceiling fans which allow you the option of turning off the A/C, opening up the front door and sliding glass doors and enjoy the Gulf breezes. The sliding glass doors at one end of the open floor space bring in the glorious sunlight and lead to a Screened In Lanai where you can relax for hours. You have an excellent view of the Gulf from your Lanai. Perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee while you plan your day on the island or that glass of wine at the end of the day as you take in the sunset.

There's a Queen-Sized Bed dressed in fresh linens in the Master Bedroom En Suite, which also has its own TV for late night viewing and a private Lanai access. The Master Bath features a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom also has a Queen-Sized Bed with a small TV and a Guest Bath right next door.

There is ample parking, an elevator, free WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience - no going home with dirty laundry! There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just a short walk away, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
