You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the huge picture window and expansive glass doors - a panoramic view of the island, from the Gulf waters to Estero Bay. The entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle. Surrounded by windows and bathed in sunlight, the living room features comfortable couches and chairs. There's a large TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.
Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay and the Gulf - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully planned out with modern appliances, custom cabinetry and corian countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. Perfect spot for that first cup of coffee while making plans for the day's activities. For entertaining, there's a dining area with a table for four in the open concept floor plan.

The Master Bedroom has a King-sized Bed, its own TV and its own access to the lanai. A true Master Retreat, the room includes a huge, custom designed, walk in closet and an En Suite Master Bath that is truly delightful. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a Queen-sized Bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a Tub/Shower combo. There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
Waterside offers the best in amenities - you'll enjoy a large heated resort sized pool that sits right on the Bay, walking trails along the Bay, private fishing dock on the Bay, private beach access, tennis courts, beautifully manicured grounds, a guarded gated entrance, a secured lobby with building elevators, and ample on site parking.
As special as the Waterside complex is, you'll want to venture out and explore the Fort Myers Beach area - Lovers Key State Park where you can hike along the wetland trails, bike among the mangroves and canoe and kayak along estuaries. Travel to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with its restaurants and bars and Bayside Park. Within walking distance is Santini Marina Plaza with great shopping and dining options. (Santini Plaza scheduled to reopen January 2025.) The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples.
