Artwork brightens every room, even the Laundry Room!
Styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle, the spacious Living Room features a comfortable couch and reclining leather club chairs. There's a separate area with two lovely chairs for private conversations or reading the newspaper. Bathed in sunlight coming from the huge floor-to-ceiling window and sliding glass doors, the Living Room is ideal for entertaining or relaxing. There's a large TV so you can watch your favorite show or a movie. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.
Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a huge Screened In Lanai with breathtaking views of the Bay and the Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a table for four.
The beautifully designed and completely remodeled, Eat In Kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Modern appliances compliment the custom cabinetry and quartz countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. The beautiful kitchen table sits in an alcove surrounded by windows and bathed in sunlight. With a lovely view of the Bay, it's the perfect spot for that first cup of coffee while making plans for the day's activities or intimate dinners after a full day at the beach. Every aspect of this vacation condo was designed for easy vacation living. Linen closets hold freshly laundered bed and bath designer linens that will be waiting for you. There's a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, along with a wash sink.
The fabulous Master Bedroom En Suite has a King-sized Bed, its own TV and its own access to the lanai. A true Master Retreat, the room includes a huge, custom designed, walk in closet and an En Suite Master Bath that is truly delightful. The Master Bath has double sinks with an expansive vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower. The Guest Bedroom is beautifully decorated and features a King-sized Bed and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a Tub/Shower combo. Off the Living Room, you will go through French Doors to reach the 3rd Bedroom that houses a desk and desk chair to comfortably work remotely, along with a sleeper sofa to accommodate two guests. The 3rd Bath complete with a shower supports those guests. There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Within walking distance is Santini Marina Plaza with great shopping and dining options. The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples.
