The large living area includes comfy seating, and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment after a day of fun in the sun. Beyond the living area through sliding glass doors is the fantastic screened in lanai with water views of the wide canal full of boats running by on their way out to the Gulf. There you will find comfortable patio furniture to relax and read a book while catching the tropical breezes coming in from the Gulf. Start your morning by enjoying your first cup of coffee on the lanai and plan your day.
The fully equipped Kitchen comes with all appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher, and a full complement of cookware, dishes and utensils. There's a breakfast bar with seating for two on one side of the kitchen and a darling breakfast table for two by the window on the opposite side. In the dining area, there's a lovely table for four for sit down dinners.
The very large Master Bedroom En Suite features a king sized bed, its flat screen TV for late night viewing, its own access to the lanai. and a lovely En Suite Master Bath with double vanities and walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom also has a Queen-sized bed with the Guest Bath with a shower/tub combination right next door.
For your convenience, there is an in-unit, full-sized washer and dryer; cable TV service; free WiFi to better look up our area attractions - all kinds of waters sports, fishing, dolphin tours, shell collecting, island bars, restaurants and night spots; a secured lobby - building elevators; an assigned parking space and ample on-site guest parking.
There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
