Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! We are excited to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.

Situated along a canal on Estero Bay, Casa Marina 331 is an ideal getaway condo with a great view of the boats and all the activities from your screened in lanai. Your beautiful lanai allows you to dine alfresco or relax for hours taking in the sea breezes and swaying palm trees. Take a dip in the resort sized heated pool, lounge on the sundeck soaking up the Florida sunshine or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in the country. Casa Marina guests have their own deeded beach access!

Casa Marina 331 is a two bedroom, two bath air-conditioned vacation condo that offers lots of room to spread out and relax. The living room includes a 2 recliners, flat screen TV with cable (there's also free Internet service). There is a sleep sofa for additional guest sleeping. The dining room seats six easily with seating for two more at the breakfast bar. Serving from the nearby kitchen is easy using the kitchen pass through. The fully equipped, beautifully designed kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with all the appliances (including a dishwasher) and lots of countertop space. Best of all, beyond the living room through sliding glass doors is the huge screened-in lanai. Tucked away in a closet on the lanai are a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom suite is very large - a true retreat - with sliding glass doors leading to the lanai, a large screen TV and a comfy King sized bed. The master bathroom features a walk in shower. On the opposite side of the condo, you will find the guest bedroom with a queen size bed. (TV in guest bedroom is for Roku only) Next door is the guest bath.

There is free Wifi in your condo, building elevator, a secured lobby, and ample on site parking for your convenience. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by tropical landscaping and extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. There's a Resort Sized Heated Pool and Sundeck. New Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Court open for Casa Marina guests are located in The Commons area on Bay Beach Lane. Casa Marina Guests also have the benefit of a private Beach Access - just a short walk down Bay Beach Lane.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island and the experience will be different than if you stayed on Fort Myers Beach prior to hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery and rebuilding mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard.
