The south end of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to the bustling north end near Times Square. This part of Estero Island features wide sandy beaches, calmer waters, and a more residential feel, making it popular with families, couples, and those seeking a peaceful getaway. You'll find condos and vacation rentals lining the beach, many with stunning Gulf views. It’s also conveniently located near Santini Marina Plaza, which features restaurants, shops, and a farmers market. The South End is ideal for guests who want to unwind while still being a short drive or trolley ride from the livelier North End attractions.

You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!

Check-in is 1 hour earlier than the other rentals at 3PM. Check-out is 1 hour later than other rentals at 10AM

Guests may use the 2 standard & 2 smaller beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach. This can all be found in the condo closet.

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark all curtains/blinds must be closed. There are Amber lights throughout the community. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon!
