Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk between two beach access points, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. A nearby trolley stop provides easy access to the lively downtown area, home to the iconic Times Square, local restaurants, shops, and vibrant entertainment.

Inside, the apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats six, and a breakfast bar with three stools. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, and a TV. Each bedroom also includes a TV, for a total of three throughout the unit. The bathroom has been stylishly upgraded, and the entire apartment has been freshly painted and tiled. For your convenience, a hairdryer and seven ceiling fans are provided.

Guests share a heated pool with the upstairs unit, but enjoy private amenities including a grill, washer and dryer.
