Beautiful sunrises and sunsets await you from the lanai of this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Gulf. The lanai offers views of our white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf. Riviera Club is on the south end of the island, not far from Santini Plaza.

For those occasions when you want to prepare your own meals, the fully-equipped Kitchen provides all you need to serve up a great meal; you can also avail yourself of the on-site BBQ to grill fresh-catch fish or whatever other choices for dinner. There's a granite topped Breakfast Bar that allows 4 people to grab a quick snack or that morning cup of coffee while you plan your day. There's also a glass topped Dining Table for 4.

The Living Area is perfect for watching a movie on the flat screen TV, gathering with family and friends, playing board games, reading or just for quiet enjoyment. The Screened In Lanai provides a gateway to the outdoors and fabulous direct views of the Gulf and our fresh sea air!

This condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf. It has its own TV for those times when sleep is elusive. The Master Bath is large with a Tub/Shower combo. The Guest Bedroom has two Twins and also has its own TV. Guest Bath is right next door and features a walk in shower.

For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer next to the kitchen, free Wifi in the condo, building elevators, secured lobby and ample free on-site parking. There are also 4 beach chairs and a beach cart for your use.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The Riviera Club offers wonderful amenities for its guests, including a fabulous resort-sized heated pool with waterfall feature, huge sundeck around the pool with lounge chairs, building elevators, beautifully decorated and secured lobby, and ample on site parking. Of course, the best of all is that the Riviera Club sits on one of our country's top rated beaches - 7 miles of white sandy beach and blue waters of the Gulf.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk to 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
