”Wonderful house for our family beach trip with small kids/toddlers. The house is on a quiet street 1 block from the beach. There was a high chair, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas. The kitchen is nice but the cooking utensils/equipment is a bit skimpy (knives definitely need an upgrade). Grill was great and an outdoor dinner table that is shaded in the evening. Loved the screened front patio as well. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was weak. There was a busted window and missing smoke detector,...

”Amazing house with a great location! The hosts were easy to work and communicate with throughout. We had everything needed, including towels and kitchen items. Our favorite part of the house was the pool area. Plenty of loungers and a huge tv to watch the games! The sun shelf in the pool was a bonus. It was an easy walk down the street to beach access as well as coffee at Mojos. As always, we enjoyed the shops and restaurants in and around Times Square. ”
