What a beautiful place! Tons of space for our family of 11. Plenty of places to eat within a mile. The host was very kind! Beaches within a 20 min drive. Pool and hot tub were a big perk. TOur teenage boys and 8 year old twins loved fishing on the dock.

This property was truly spectacular in every way. Not only is it a beautiful home, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and hospitable. The home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had access to everything we might possibly need - linens, towels, cookware, games and more. The layout of the house was perfect for our party of 10, and we could get away to our private spaces or otherwise feel connected in the main living areas. The pool and hot tub were a popular place to spend our time, and the dads got out to kayak in the evening. We loved seeing how many iguanas we could spot, and we all played pool during the week.We let Irvin know about an issue with a patio lounger, and he was extremely responsive. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

The property was very nice. As far as rentals go, you will struggle to find a nicer property. Being so close to the main road wasn’t an issue at all. We heard a few sirens during the day but it was not a problem for us at all. Highly recommend for large families or multiple families

Our stay was great! Once we figured out how the spa vs pool temp worked, the water was amazing! Plenty of towels- beach & regular - for our two families. Fun lizards/iguanas roaming the property. Also located to several fun restaurants. The mattresses were a bit saggy in the men’s opinions and the kitchen had no chip clips - can you imagine having that be the only downfall? Beautiful house!

This is our second year staying here and it was enjoyed by all. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, but my grandchildren really enjoyed fishing off the dock. I am sure we will be returning again.

Great house in Cape Coral!

Excellent home for our family group on a spring break vacation to Cape Coral. As others have mentioned, lots of room to spread out in the home and the layout is great. Pool area, kitchen and master suite are exceptional and the location provides easy access to activities around the area. Irvin is a responsive host who made our stay easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful spring break!

The property was just as described, very clean, and afforded us ample space for our three families to enjoy the week together. The layout made the stay incredibly comfortable and the home was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with high quality mattresses and bedding. The outdoor pool was certainly a highlight. We would stay again without any hesitation!

Spring trip with friends

Great property for a large group! We had plenty of space to play games, watch TV, read and chat. The outside space was also great with multiple seating areas for sun or shade. We caught a few fish off of the dock using the fishing gear provided by the host. Irvin was very responsive with our questions and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home for your next Cape Coral visit!

Thanksgiving in Cape Coral

We had THE BEST trip! The house is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool and hot tub were used daily and although we couldn’t take a boat out because of hurricane aftermath, the dock is PERFECT for a boat. The kitchen has everything that you could think of…just perfect! FANTASTIC WEEK! 😁
