We had the most wonderful time here! The place was clean and everything was as advertised. The location was perfect and pool and hot tub were amazing! The layout of the house worked great for us. Rachel was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

Wonderful experience

Nice retreat

Everything that we needed for a short getaway. The pool and hot tub was an awesome way to start and finish the day. Close to Ft Meyers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva islands.

A dream!

What a wonderful getaway! The home is in a great location, it was so easy to access the islands and sites from here. We always looked forward to coming back and relaxing in and around the pool after our daytime adventures. We had everything we needed here plus extra (hubby used the fishing poles in the canals and caught a variety of fish, including a sting ray). We are looking forward to bringing our whole family back, it was definitely a great setup for a family of 4-6. Thank you Rachel!!

Great location, great pool

Overall, the house and especially the pool was great. You can tell there are recent updates to the house and I'm guessing the property owners will do some more. The pool is amazing in size and looks. We loved it. I will say there were some minor maintenance issues that were addressed quickly and easily. Some things I could nitpick would be that the lights around the pool didn't work and it appears there's some type of short with them. The a/c is the biggest issue, although it was still comfortable in the house (not sure how it would be if the temps were really high). We weren't able to get the inside temperature below 78, and I think that's mostly due to the several patio doors, especially in the kitchen. The doors are older and don't give a good seal, so it's hard for the a/c to keep up with that. I'd also say that there isn't any shade on the patio/pool deck. There was a small Landshark umbrella but it was broken. I'd suggest some type of shade be installed because that patio gets HOT in the sun and the only way to get the shade is to go inside to the screened in porch area. The beds were comfortable but just be aware that there are only 2 true beds. The others are portable pullout beds. There was a cooler as well as beach chairs and umbrellas for use. We didn't rent a boat, but not sure that the dockage would be useable for one either. We enjoyed the house and the stay and would definitely stay again. A few upgrades and this would for sure be 5 stars!!

Baseball tournament

WOW!! When you first see the pool and spa area!!!!! The perfect vacation getaway.We have stayed at several rentals over the years traveling to my baseball tournaments , but never have had a home like this to keep my wife entertained while I’m away during the day playing baseball. The huge layout was very unique. Nothing boring about this house. Rachel is an amazing host and the communication was excellent with response time of literally seconds!!!! Minutes to the beach and shopping at the end of the street and being located on corner of the canal you cannot ask for a more perfect location thank you Rachel!!

Awesome for larger families has plenty of room and great pool

The entire experience was awesome from top to bottom. Nice location easy to get to other locations. Communication with host was spot on. Large space inside and out, plenty room for large family. The pool and hot tub are the cherry on the sundae! Water way on two sides of the property. Quite neighbors and location. Clean house! Highly reccomend.
