Hotel is nice and it is clean. The location was great for us visiting family in Bonita Springs. Lots of good places to eat nearby and 15 minutes to great beaches also. Staff was nice. Breakfast was OK except for the scrambled eggs- really bad all 4 days. There were a few things that made the stay hard for us. Let me preface this one by saying we live in the woods in Colorado.... The blackout shades don't go all the way to the top of the window, so the street lights shined in our room really brightly and you could hear the traffic all night. We stuffed towels in the cracks the third night. Very hard to sleep well. The pool closes at 6 pm! No microwave to heat up take out food. We were told there was one in the lobby, but never found it. No guest laundry made it tough for 5 days packing light since you cannot wear things more than once in Florida. Not sure I would pick this hotel again for a stay unless it was for a very quick trip of one or two nights.
