Autotalli on sisustettu on pelihuone, joka on varustettu dominopöydällä, biljardipöydällä, foosball-pöydällä, korteilla ja erilaisilla pöytäpeleillä. on pieni keittiö, kylpyhuone ja yläkerran makuuhuoneessa parivuode. Autotalli on sisustettu urheilubaarina, joka sisältää perheen voittamia palkinnot 2 akselilla, BMX-, Dirt-pyörä- ja moottoripyörillä sekä käytetyillä kilparenkaista valmistetuilla huonekaluilla. Kaikissa huoneissa ja olohuoneissa on älytelevisiot ja dvd-soittimet. Love the privacy

Absolutely love this place easy to get to Punta Gorda or North Charlotte. The only problem we had was there was no ice and no ice trays.

Great Location and Fantastic Man Cave

Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! The exterior pics are before Ian and not everything is perfectly Landscaped. This property would be great during the summer. The Tiki bar & pool (not heated) as well as the pond with GIANT gold fish will be better with Spring cleaning. If we travel this way again I will stay a few days during summer and enjoy the Mancave & pool.

Beware of property, host and VRBO

#1. First thing we were faced with is she has a sign on the bathroom wastepaper basket saying not to put toilet paper down the stool. We didn't pay this amount of money to do that and if we would have known this, we would have never rented this place. #2. Septic smell on porch next to septic tank. Found out the tank is covered by an old stop sign, not a cement lid. No wonder there is a septic ordor. #3. Refrigerator was not working correctly. Ice maker and filtered water was broke. Then found out inside of fridge was 55 degrees, so couldn't keep milk or perishables in it until fixed. She was not happy with us saying we have complained since we got there. Tried to tell her that we were informing her as of things that needed to be fixed. The inside temp. problem was fixed 8 days after we arrived. The ice maker and filtered water problem was fixed 5 days before we left there and we were there for the month of Feb. She told us not to drink the water out of the faucet and took a water sample but would not tell us the results. She did have a filtered water facet at the sink that she told us to use. #4.There was 1 washcloth for the 4 of us. When I asked her about it, she told me that was a personal item and I should have brought my own. The white towels were dingy in color. We couldn't put our clothes in the dresser drawers, because they were dirty. Under beds and floors dirty. Asked VRBO to move us and they said none of these qualified us for a move. Much more I could tell you

Urlaub auf einem sehr schön angelegten Grundstück. Viele schöne sitzecken, zum Frühstück im Sonnenaufgang, am Abend an der Außenbar. Sehr toll ist die Garage! Egal ob feiern oder relaxen, alles möglich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnten wir ihre Einladung zum BBQ wegen einer Erkrankung nicht annehmen. Wir werden sicher noch einmal buchen.

Nice, country laid back

Very relaxed property. The pool and garage game room were lots of fun, the spring peepers at night were soothing to listen to while enjoying the solar fairy lights around the pool. Super big, nice covered wrap around porch. Great air conditioning with lots of really cute upgrades in the house. Kitchen with upgraded appliances. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and HUGE closets.

Quiet Country Retreat

Our group of four spent three enjoyable nights at Ximena’s quiet retreat. The house was clean and comfortable. The garage area was a fun space to hang out in. The yard was huge and featured a pool and pond. The location was perfect for Eco tourism and fossil hunting in the region.

Awesome House

We stayed 3 nights at this awesome house, 6 adults. We had the best time, house is beautiful, clean, well equipped and fun! So much to do, super private yard, stores close by. Would definitely recommend and I hope we are able to stay here again in the future!

Something for everyone

From the moment we drove in the driveway we knew we had found a special place. My sister in law niece and great nephew never left the place all week. We enjoyed walking around the large yard. You could always find something new. If you needed some alone time no problem. this was by far my favorite VBRO ever.

Loved it!

This was everything we were looking for in a rental. The owners were amazing and very responsive. The property is amazing. You will have your own pool, outdoor bar/grill, coy pond, tree swing, and bin fire pit. The garage is made into an awesome place to spend the evenings with the family. It has a pool table, foosball, pinball machine, dart board, big screen TV, refrigerator/bar area and a slot machine. We had so much fun at this house! We will definitely be back!

This is absolutely the best place for lodging that i've ever stayed at. The pictures don't do it justice. Ximena and her group went above and beyond with every single detail. The versatility of the home makes it so that anyone of all ages can enjoy. A return is inevitable.
