”Wow! This property is better than the photos - and the photos are great. It's FUN - nice pool and a bonus room that doubles as a game room, movie room and bedroom. And the location can't be beat. Lovely quiet neighborhood with what is essentially a private beach. And next to a State Park that offers easy access to some of the best boating, paddling, and kayaking in South Florida. ”We enjoyed a family retreat in this ocean front property. Plenty of space for everyone, but there's lots of stairs if that is a problem for anyone looking at this place. The view off the back of the home is spectacular... enjoy the sunrises! Use the supplied bug spray to help with the sand mites and "no see'm" pest. The pool right out front was wonderful, and when asked, sunshades were put up over the pool to help with the overheated temp of the pool water. Plenty of floating devices,...

”Over all - Place was great -clean, good family place to stay. Large dining room table - great to gather around. but no internal stairs at house. So when it rains you get wet going from upstairs to downstairs. FYI - Pool is not heated.”

”The first day there were a few hiccups with the entry and the pool’s cleanliness, but the host replied quickly and made sure everything was figured out. There are a lot of amenities, and the house is very spacious. The game room was fun, as was the pool! One of the neighbors gave us a bit of a hard time with us being “too loud” in the pool at 3pm, but outside of these few things, we were very comfortable here.”
