”I did not like this hotel at all. I had booked it because it had pool. The room was very simple and in bathroom came very bad smell when i open the room. I asked in reception if there is better rooms available. There was no do i decided to book Richmonde hotel a room and that was excellent.”

”Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.”

I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. ”The room was sheltered from traffic and street noise. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were freshly washed and smelled clean. The lighting was good. The room had a nice high ceiling and was big. The reception is nicely remodeled. The floor was old and dirty. The bathroom was clean enough. There was no hot water. We felt safe. The area around the hotel is safe day and night. There are many old stores to explore. There are a few new shopping malls to cool off in. ”
