”Loved this place. The minute you walk into reception there is this essential oil scent through the entire area....bliss! Staff at reception with check in and check out all wonderful. The room was divine, and completely noise free with good insulation in walls. Bathroom meticulously clean. Top end products for haircare, washing and hand/body balm. Wave activated light and digital switches for blinds, cooling, mood lighting etc...very nice. Bed was like a cloud and a fortress of feather...

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”

”The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. I could not hear any noise from the other room which was so nice. The hotel was just few blocks away from city center. Everything is were close to the hotel. ”

”We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...

”Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility.”
