”Everything was ok until we decided to go to the hot tub before it closed for the night and the water looked more like soup broth with stuff floating in it. In the morning went for the “included” breakfast only to find out the kitchen was closed for maintenance. They did provide some Walmart type mini muffins and one kind of little pastry but nothing else. Why could we not have been told this at check in? The next morning the house keeper was banging on our door at a little Ayer 8 am. We told her we were supposed to be booked for another night. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. ”This was not the best stay.. noted negatives: No towels in room upon arrival. Long black hairs found in bathtub. Water slide was broken and not working for duration of stay, with no mention online it was broken. We were booked in for 3 nights, 4 days. Locked out of room in day 3, as they had us booked out, yet online booking was showing us as booked in. Communication terrible. ”Beautiful outside setting that was clean with view of the Missouri River. Indoor pool was very small and water looked abnormally thick- didn’t get in. Room was clean. Front desk at check in was nice but rambled off a ton of information in a short time span and I didn’t get most of it. It was regarding breakfast, internet, pool/gym…. Checkout. Nothing was wrote down but the room number the key card. Breakfast was good but they ran out of half and half everyday early into the breakfast hours which...

”I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.”
