Beland Mansion Getaway – Spacious Colonial with Game Room & Lounge

Be our guest at the Beland Mansion in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (PLEASE NOTE-THERE IS NO KITCHEN). The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. There are 5 rooms with king sized beds, 1 room with a queen bed (Magnolia). All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel.

Each bedroom is its own private suite with a bathroom. All bedroom doors have combo door lock/handles.

Please feel free to message me anytime through the AirBnb app. We do not live on the property, but we do have our caretaker, Sam, that lives at the property, but is not on site 24/7.

Located at the corner of Albert Pike Avenue and Rogers Avenue. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area and even directly across the street. Near shopping UAFS and the airport.

It does take a bit of time to get hotwater to the rooms, but it will get there.
Occupants under the age of 20 years old are not permitted in the home. No Pets. No smoking in the home. Smoking is permitted outside.
