The Sugar Sands are calling. Experience the Emerald Coast at it's finest. The ease of a 2 min walk to the beach with private deeded beach access. Enjoy the quiet and friendly neighbors while relaxing in the changing colors of the community pool. Location couldn't be better with walking distance to both Wales Tails and Pompano Joe's to dine for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or drinks on the beach. No need to stress about parking with this short walk. Beach rentals, ice cream, coffee shops, wine tasting and souvenirs are just a 2 min walk outside the gates.

This condo is fitted with new appliances, furniture and fully stocked kitchen for your dine in preference. Unit includes a pop up crib, highchair, dishes and baby gate for the little ones. Private full size washer/dryer front loaders are attached to the unit. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, sand spike, boogie boards, sand toys, and small cooler for the beach are included in your stay.

We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. That's why we came back again. We love the location. The couches were pretty tattered and worn this time. The bed topper was not very comfortable. The kitchenware and appliances are good. It was nice to have a good washer and dryer, too.

This was such a great place to stay for our recent vacation to Destin. So close to the beach! Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Plus a pool when the beach was too windy or after dark. With 3 beds upstairs, our kids could each have their own for the night. No fighting! Always a win. The main room and bathroom were perfect for my husband and I. The host left lots of great referrals, as well as great info for the area. I would stay here again any time!

Fun for everyone

The location was just as described. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was clean and met the needs of our family. There is a nice area for children to play outdoors in the courtyard around the pool. There was shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We had 8 people, my husband and I, our daughter, her husband and their 4 children. Everyone had a great time.

Great condo and perfect location for our family

Perfect size and location for us. Short walk across the street to the beach. Street is easily navigated as there are crosswalks all up and down, so traffic is slow and stops regularly to let pedestrians cross. The private beach was great. Just a short walk from the beach in front of the high rises where there were 3-5 rows of people. But in front of this private beach we never had difficulty finding a spot and there was always only 1 row all week. 2 small cons - a little warm upstairs but the kids only complained the first night. We just bumped the thermostat down lower than we’d normally keep it at home and that seemed to do the trick. - couldn’t get the living room TV to work. We messaged the owner who sent a property manager by fairly promptly. I’m sure it could’ve been fixed but we told him never mind. Honestly we kind of liked making the kids read and play board games instead. It was nice not having a tv on all week. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Sunshine, sand, and sweet escape!

If you are looking for a gorgeous place to stay! This place is it!!! This gorgeous place has it all! Great Location from ocean, grocery store, shopping centers, and restaurants.A 2 minute walk down to that blue ocean, we’re your feet hit that white sand! If it is to windy at the ocean, head back to enjoy the heated pool! My family and I absolutely love it here, and always look forward to going back! Communication with host, is excellent! She also provides a lot of information on the area!

Awesome Location and Host!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The heated pool was great since the ocean was still a little chilly (but the sand was awesome), and it was never too busy to find a spot to lay out. Tausha was so quick to respond to us, and went above and beyond as my wife had left a ton of clothes in the dresser - she had her staff mail them to us and really saved the day. Would definitely go back.

A slice of heaven!

This beautiful condo, has all you need! Cozy and comfy place! It has everything, you will need, to stay & enjoy your time. But most of all, a 2 minute walk from the ocean and its beauty! This gem of a condo, has a perfect location for a lot of attractions there, that are near by! Grocery store, shopping, coffee shop, local restaurants! Also, great and professional communication between the host! She is a wonderful person! We were so happy to experience this wonderful place, we will be booking this again!
