Sisäänkäynnillä sinua heti odottaa häikäisevä näkymä lahdelle. Täysin esteettömät ja panoraamanäkymät tarjoavat parhaat näkymät ympärille! Olemme suunnitelleet tämän kodin rauhalliseksi ja rentouttavaksi pitäen kaikki yksityiskohdat mielessä. Löydät sellaisia ominaisuuksia kuten kalliit kalusteet, rauhalliset mallit ja teemat sekä tilavat asettelut. Olohuone sijaitsee keskustassa huoneisto, jossa massiivinen poikkipinta putoaa, ja kuningatar nukkuja sisällä. Graniittilaskurilla, päivitetyillä hopeaesineillä ja erilaisilla keittotarvikkeilla ja tarvikkeilla löydät yöpymisen hiljaiselle aterille perheen kanssa melko nautinnollisena.

Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, ovi parvekkeelle, taulutelevisio ja tietysti oma kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on ylellisyyttä kuten kaksinkertainen pesuallas-turhamaisuus ja tilava suihkuhuone. Vierashuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Nauttien ulkona, nauti kahdesta erillisestä oleskelualueesta, mikä antaa tarpeeksi tilaa koko jengille! Meillä on myös pimennysverhot jokaisessa huoneessa ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Nopea Wifi on ilmainen!

Huomaa, että yöhinnan lisäksi on 185 dollarin lähtöväli, 65 dollaria vahinkojen korvausmaksua ja 45 dollarin varausmaksu.

PERUUTUSPOLITIIKKA: Täysi korvaus maksetaan, mikäli varauksesi peruutetaan yli 60 päivää ennen saapumista, vähennettynä 200 dollarin peruutusmaksulla. Beautiful condo on the East Pass. We enjoyed the view.We were given the wrong front door code. The master bath shower drain stopped up, maintainece had to be called. Leak from a sprinkler head in master bath. No facial tissue provided, not enough toilet paper, only two dishwasher pods given.

The property was clean and had great amenities. Location is away from the big waves, busy traffic, and businesses but a close drive. My only complaint is that I wish it was mentioned how far the beach was. It is not easy to tell from pictures that the sand, which was just outside the property, does not lead to the water. There is a barrier and rocks. The walk is doable but about 1/4 mile either direction. People who have a lot of gear may have an issue going around the fenced in area, which makes the walk longer. The coves on the west are a draw for families with small kids, but maybe not as much for adults.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo and the views that came along with it. The private beach area was also really nice! We had some very minor issues with cleanliness but I would still come back again for vacation.

Great location

Great location! With perfect views from the balcony. Property was clean and easy to access. However the furniture was very large in all rooms. We traveled with a 5-year-old and a 5-month-old and had no room on the floor for the 5-month-old because of the oversized furniture. It seemed a bit over decorated. Even the decorations had decorations. The bathroom counter had a huge vase on it and no room for toiletries. The table took up most of the dining area. Luckily weather permitted us to eat out on the balcony. The owner provided us with two beach chairs which was very nice. The dryer took very long to dry clothes and didn't allow us to wash all of our clothes because of that reason. Would recommend this for maybe two older couples without children. We watched dolphins and sea turtles from the balcony which was very awesome. A very nice condo. But due to its size and all of the furniture in it it's not large enough for a family with children in my opinion.. rthtathatweatpermitted us to eat on the balcony.

Beautiful Space!

We loved staying here! It was an unexpected stay as we had evacuated for hurricane Milton. The space was beautiful and our granddaughter loved the pool. The only drawback was that we didn't realize that we had a little walk to access the gulf and that we couldn't do that from the little beach just outside the property. It was fine though, because the area where we did access the gulf was like a little inlet and was very quiet at times and almost private. Other times it was busy with families and children all gathered together to build sand castles and enjoyed seeing the fish in the water! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay. The place was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible deck off of each bedroom and the living room. Hostess was great to communicate with as well. Overall great experience.

Lots of pros: good communication with property management, nice pool and hot tub area that wasn’t crowded, located near good restaurants. Cons: we had several roach bugs. No hot water in the kitchen

Family vacation.

Second time we’ve stayed here. First time was nicer. None of the codes to the gates ever worked, we had roaches and mold on bathroom's ceiling. I love this location though.

Great Vacation Stay for the family

This a great week of vacation for our family of 4. It was so nice to have the beautiful view. Destin has so many places to dine in but sometime it was nice to be able to use the full kitchen and eat in the condo. We would stay here again!

No access to the water from your room.

Overall, the property had its merits, but we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The primary concern was that the VRBO did not accurately convey that the property did not have direct access to the water, which left us quite disappointed. Additionally, we struggled with remembering various access codes, including the codes for different amenities. It's worth noting that the cleanliness of the condo could have been improved. However, despite these drawbacks, we must admit that the view from the balcony was truly spectacular, and the sunset was a highlight of our experience.

A little misleading

Overall, we had a great time. The condo was great,but the 2nd bedroom was really small. And we were on the jetty so we didn’t have direct beach access,we either had to walk a ways or drive 5 minutes. But the pool area was wonderful and we were right on the water! Great views, sunsets from the generous balcony, area etc.

The host was easy to get ahold of, we had 1 question and they responded quickly. The check in process was easy, everything was listed on their email. The balcony was huge and we loved it, except it was only accessible via the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom and living room access were unusable due to being boarded off with cardboard and duct tape for portable air conditioning units. I get it, its hot, but a heads up woukdve been nice. Hard to enjoy coffee on the porch when you're waking up the rest of your party to use their door... We did kill 2 roaches also, but i guess that happens in condo/apartment living spaces. Overall we had fun. Hard to have a bad day at the beach.

It would have been wonderful BUT.........

We chose this condo in this place because of our memory from last year!!! It would have been wonderful BUT no one mentioned there would be horrible sounds from someone "rebuilding' your sea wall every workday. There was heavy equipment and a port a potty parked right in front of our balcony the whole time we were there. SHAME on you for not telling us and letting us spend all that money for 2 weeks in HELL. We changed our flight and came home early as we could not stand the noise. it gave me migraines and you can only leave so many days and go to the movies to get away from the noise and confusion. ALSO, you should warn potential vacation renters that for the next TWO years there will be huge construction noise from a new condo being built right next door. I am so disappointed in you and your unit owners. A little HONESTY would have gone a long way. I doubt you will post this for other potential renters to read but at least I have tried to warn others. BVN

Major construction started on day 2 of our stay which was not indicated nor reported during our leasing application and process. This construction block our view of the water and restricted the use of beach as well as being extremely loud. The local property manager informed us this construction has been planned for months to year and our property owners have been notified. Due to construction luckily we were able to move locations!

Great get-away
