”We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.”

”The pictures did not match our hotel room at least. The bathroom had a toilet bowl and a bathtub. The washing up hand was done in the hallway. The shower had cold water. The room itself was ok, with a great view of the sea and the pool.”

”Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Nice view and close to the boardwalk, but everything else was terrible. Came in to the AC set on 65, being from South Texas, 65 degrees is an amazing feeling, no matter how warm/humid it is outside. Room felt muggy and damp the entire stay! 4 days! Had a beach view room with a balcony and the door to the balcony didn’t shut correctly, warm, wet humid air constantly flowed in through the cracks, keeping the room miserable. I even set the temp...
