Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyyksikkö sijaitsee 12. kerroksessa ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle, Destinin taivaanrannalle ja Choctawhatchee-lahdelle 400 neliön jalkaisen puolisuunnikkaan parvekkeelta. Tämä hieno huoneisto nukkuu 6, siinä on 1 king-vuode ja 2 kaksoset sekä kuningatar-sohva-nukkuja. 3 televisiolla, 3 DVD-soittimella ja CD-soittimella saat upean ajan! Tässä yksikössä on uusittu keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokailutila on sisustettu uudella ruokapöydällä kuudelle. Tämä erittäin suuri ruokasali on loistava paikka nauttia perheen illallisista! Olohuoneessa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja rakkausistuin. Nauti olohuoneessa olevasta suuresta taulutelevisiosta. Keittiön kaapissa on suuri pinottava pesukone / kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode, ja isäntäkylvyssä on suihkukaappi, jossa on erillinen puutarha-amme ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas-turhamaisuus. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja oma viereinen kylpyhuone suihkulla / ammeella.

The Tides at Tops'l on myös oma uima-allas, ja ranta on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Siellä on myös rantapuolella oleva grilli ja baari nopeaa välipalaa ja juomaa varten. Nauttia!

Nice vacation at the Beach

The condo location was great, and we liked the closeness to the pools and beach. We were visiting family in the area and have stayed at Tops'l before- this was our first time at the Tides. The view from the condo was fantastic and the balcony was very nice- we used it every day. There was plenty of good shopping / restaurants in the area. We rented a pontoon boat at Destin Harbor one of the days and that was fun. There is a state park very close to the condo and it had some wonderful hiking. The condo was adequate - kitchen was nice- but could use some updating as the carpet seemed worn in the bedrooms. The master bedroom shower stall was a bit slippery - could probably use some kind of anti- slip shower treads. The kitchen was well stocked except there were only 3 beverage glasses - lots of wine glasses though!

The condo & view was amazing. The area was beautiful. The only thing we did not like was there was no beach service. We knew that, but to rent beach service is outrageous! So we went & bought our own umbrella & chairs, but the way they set up the beach service left little room for someone who didn’t have it. While that is not the condos fault, they might think about offering it with the condo. So that being said, we would not rebook that particular condo.

Nice unit

The unit is just as the pictures showed. It was a nice unit and clean, which is important to me. It does need some "freshening up". With a little decorating and sprucing up this could be an awesome unit. Please let the plastic flowers go! With all of that being said, I would stay here again.

Tops’l Tides 1208

Our family had an amazing time! We had everything we needed and the short walk from our condo to the beach and pool was perfect….no busy roads to cross, no golf cart needed. A simple walk across the hall to the elevator and quick walk around the corner and you’re there! I scored low on cleanliness for these reasons - I am not sure if the turnover before our arrival was rushed or what, but I would recommend a slightly more thorough cleaning between renters. The kitchen countertops were disgusting (you couldn’t “see” that because of the pattern but if you touched them you could tell it had been a while since they had been wiped down). The refrigerator could also stand to be cleaned. The TV in the living room didn’t work (even when following the troubleshooting instructions) it turned on but cable wouldn’t come on. The pocket door in the master bedroom doesn’t fully close/lock (you can see it’s either off the track or just not level for another reason). I scored low on check-in because it would be nice to get in early if the unit is ready instead of needing to wait until 4 on the dot (in addition to 10am being a very early check out time). These things are definitely not deal breakers for us and we would definitely consider staying in this unit again. The view of the water from this place is incredible and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t need the TV so that was not a big deal. I am curious about what “fun pass” we were supposed to receive.

Great family getaway

This property was a great location for our family. We have two adult children, and the condo has a large living area. Plenty of room to spread out within the condo. The unit was just outside of the elevator, so was very convenient. Just a short walk to the pool and beach.

Very Disappointed & Upset

Property was... OK. This was the 5th or 6th time I've stayed at this property & always had a good experience. I've stayed at all 3 high-rise condo buildings; at the Tides at least 3 times. The reason for the poor rating is that I was so looking forward to playing tennis & working out at the fitness center. When I went to play tennis I was informed that I did not have access to the tennis courts or the fitness center. That I should try to play at other properties. Made no sense. Vacation immediately ruined! You should warm people in Bold Print, up front that they do not have access to tennis & fitness facilities. It was inexcusable & terrible to find that out when I wanted to use the tennis courts, etc. I know you can't refund the entire rental amount, but some adjustment is in order & should be made.

We were traveling to Hilton Head and decided to make a change due to Hurricane Ian. We loved the location of the condo and the beds were very comfortable too. It was nice and clean and the community is beautiful!

Overall nice stay and met expectations. View from the 12th floor was great especially for the fireworks on the beach. Kitchen could use a few more dish pieces like more than 2 cereal bowls. And the water in the shower sounds like someone is vacuuming. Other than minor things like this, it was a good stay.
