Motellit – Fort Walton Beach - Destin

”***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and...

”When we finally got checked in at 6:30 PM, receiving an email earlier that our room would be ready earlier than the 4 check in the only thing clean was the bedding thankfully. Note on the mirror said rooms cleaned every 2 days. Not true. If it wasn't for such great weather where we could stay on the beach all day I would have gotten a refund and booked elsewhere. Won't be back.”

”I liked the private beach. I didn't like how the TV in the room barely worked and I didn't like how the bath tub and tolit didn't want to drain and go out properly. I didn't like that the pool was down for almost 2 days and was closed”

”Wonderful little motel super close to the springs. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable!”

”The room is advertised as having continental breakfast included. When we checked in, the lobby was closed and we had to check in through almost a teller window. At this time, we were informed they no longer did breakfast and it was suppose to be removed from their listings (pictures still showed breakfast too). When we checked in, the towels were still being washed; however we were brought warm towels as soon as they were done. Our kids feet turned black/gray from running around the room...

”For the price, this hotel was quite clean and I (as a woman traveling alone) felt safe. There is a winery next door that is charming. I would stay here again as a stop on the way to florida.”
