Welcome to Endless Summer! We have designed and furnished this luxe vacation retreat with your coastal comfort and style in mind…beautiful renovations, furniture, and décor. You will LOVE the huge balcony with bar height furniture and the commercial grade milkshake machine complete with tins, spoons, and toppings! FREE beach service is included (2 chairs plus umbrella) set up each morning of your stay plus 2 extra Sunflow chairs in the closet, a cooler, beach bag, and 8 beach towels plus a snack basket upon arrival! You will enjoy direct beach access, a garage parking space, and additional free parking.
This property is part of our esteemed “Luxe Collection”. Luxe condos have upgraded linens, high quality plush towels, and Infuse toiletries, plus beach towels for stays between March 15 – October 15! Luxe properties have upgraded furniture, bathrooms, and kitchens, and offer our guests a more elevated beach vacation experience.

Counter full of spices, TVs in all rooms. All in all a great place and exceeded my expectations. The beach views are amazing and location with direct access to beach is worth every penny. Must stay!”

THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
