Pictures of the property inside and out would have been great- my 90 year old spouse had difficulty with the stairs. Also ad was misleading about being able to see the beach from the room. Very disappointing

Girls trip/ birthday trip

We booked a pretty last minute stay for 4th of July weekend. We love Ft Walton and we found this adorable cottage steps from the beach. We had a very comfortable king size bed with a pair of bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed which was perfect for 5 women! The cottage was so clean and perfect in every aspect I would definitely book with Michelle again she was a great host and very easy to be in touch with!

Loved it!

We loved this unit. Easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Loved that it was dog friendly. The area was not congested with traffic. Loved the included beach chairs. Our kiddos found so many sand dollars. Highly recommend The Crab Trap for dinner.

**Review of Our Stay at Fort Walton Beach Condo** We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at the condo in Fort Walton Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how impeccably clean everything was. The bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, couches, and beds were all spotless. Speaking of the beds—wow, they were super comfortable! It felt like sleeping on a cloud every night. The dĂ©cor was incredible and went beyond the typical beach vibes. We loved every touch, from the art on the walls to the cozy, coastal-inspired details that made the place feel special. One of our favorite features was the kitchen island on wheels—such a clever and convenient addition! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil or gadget you could ever need. And the fridge? It was so clean, we thought it was brand new, as if we were the first ones to use it. A highlight of our trip was getting to meet the owners, Ron and Michelle. They were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. They even made our dog feel loved and comfortable, which meant the world to us! The two balconies were such a treat. Even though the first couple of days were a bit gloomy and we couldn’t get to the beach right away, we didn’t mind at all. The condo was so cozy, with a big-screen TV, a comfy couch, and games to keep us entertained. Just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the peacefulness, was perfect. Perfect weekend getaway!

This was the perfect condo for a quick beach weekend with my family. The condo was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and a very short walk to the beach. The beach setup was an added bonus! We were very thankful to be able to bring our fur baby along with us. We will definitely be returning to Sunset in Paradise!

Great location and perfect for family stay

The property was a great find, so close to the beach and with pool access. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and we had a great time relaxing from the heat and humidity inside. Next time we’ll visit in a different month so we can take advantage of the porch areas, listening to the ocean.

First Visit

Wonderful Place!!!

This place was fabulous. It was just as described in the listing. Stocked with many cooking supplies and some cleaning for small messes. Short walk to the beach and the pool was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again in the future,

Beach Trip

The condo was very clean and in a perfect location! We enjoyed the beach service, even though it rained at some point everyday we were there. We will be coming back to this condo when we are back in the area.

Clean, Stocked, and Comfy!

Immediately this place was welcoming and comfy due to the excellent decor. My family also greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen including other odds and ends (iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, air freshener) that came with this rental. The check-in process was a breeze and the property managers were very friendly and quick to reply to my questions during and after I booked this rental. The walk to the beach was incredibly close and we loved the beach service! We will be keeping this place and the property managers in mind when staying in this location again!

Fort Walton is wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is so close to the beach (loved the chairs and umbrella service!). Enjoyed the pool and atmosphere of the condos. We found everything we needed in Fort Walton Beach.

Great place!

This condo is fully stocked for your stay! The walk to the beach is super short and accessible! Really nice place and very quiet yet fun atmosphere. Pool was great(not heated). The local was great! You do have to drive to restaurants and such but this place is out of all the tourists and crazy traffic. The water is beautiful and the balconies were nice to sit on in the morning ma evening. Stewby’s has great seafood. Wild Willy’s adventures was great for the kids and the boardwalk by AJ’s and Floyd’s was neat. Fireworks off the pier every Wednesday was cool to see also.

Fort Walton

My family had a wonderful time at Fort Walton. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. We had everything we needed and only had to walk less than a minute to get to the beach. Our kids loved playing at the beach and then coming back to swim at the pool every day. Ron and Michelle were great to work with and were very nice throughout the entire booking and stay. Being able to bring our dog was an added bonus. We will be back to visit this same condo and beautiful beach! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
