This unit was perfect for us! Very clean with modern fixtures. Great location, in my opinion. High enough to have a good view of the pools and a bit of the ocean, very quick walk to all the pools and the beach. It is loud on the balcony most of the day because you are near the pool waterfall, but the mornings are very peaceful. If you’re inside, you don’t hear much outside noise at all. There were plenty of bath towels, but definitely bring your own beach towels. Plenty of pillows, but if you like extra blankets for the bed or lounging, bring your own. There is a beach wagon, a few beach chairs, and several beach toys you can use. There is also a big container of beach/pool toys (“take a toy, leave a toy”) on the walk to the pool, which was nice! The peer provides hand soap, a bit of dish soap, few rolls of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, a few dishwasher and washing machine pods, a few dryer sheets, but if you’re staying more than a few days you’ll definitely need more. There are grilling tools, but you will need to bring a lighter. We were more than comfortable for our stay and would definitely stay in this unit again!

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. No bad smells. Everything needed to have a good time was there, from beach chairs to sand toys. Grest views of the entire pool area and beach. Check in and check out was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway!

Great condo for our family of 4! Owner was incredible to work with and very responsive to any questions we had along the way! Waterscape is always a favorite of ours to stay and would definitely book through her again!

Wonderful family vacation spot

This was the perfect vacation condo for me, my husband and our 4 kids (5,6,9,12). We have vacationed in Destin our whole lives, usually staying in big houses with more family but this time we just went with us 6 and found this perfect spot!!! Awesome pool, very spacious condo and nice size rooms, the bathroom sizes and showers/tubs were huge and awesome to have when coming from the pool/beach we could all shower up and not wait on one another! Beds were extremely comfy. Perfect view of the ocean and pool, very nice outdoor dining set on the patio with layout chairs. And very nice indoor dining table. Living room fit us perfect, tvs in all rooms with cable was nice! Quick 2 minutes to walk from the condo to beach. Loved that this condo came with umbrella and chairs pre set up on the beach. Stephanie texted details about our upcoming stay ahead of the trip and we got in the condo an hour or so early kids loved the lazy river, waterfall, and they had hair braiding and Moana movie playing one evening at the pool! Nice food hut by pool. Very fun place, overall a wonderful condo and host! Will book again

Great Resort!

Resort had ALOT to offer! 5 different areas to swim, one of the pools were heated, lazy river, toddler area where the water was 12 in at most! Events on the pool deck and tiki hut for lunch/drinks! Condo was mostly great! Beautifully decorated, some outdated photos/descriptions, was happy to see a large poly type patio table, pack in play in spare bedroom, beach toys were enjoyed and beach wagon-I think the description says beach cart but it’s a beach wagon so it can haul your kids too! Had all appliances we needed! Ice maker in fridge was nice for coolers etc. cleaners did ok. Found some hair in my toddlers bunk, bunk beds were poorly made with comforters rolled instead of made up, I think all week we fought with sheets coming off the beds because they either didn’t fit or beds weren’t made well. Wrong soap was placed in foam soap dispensers-not a big deal, but dispensers did not work properly. Found some sort of seaweed or green slime on quilt folded in closet, shower had mold in it, just could use a re-caulking and look brand new. All in all the place was beautiful, just could use some attention to detail. Runners or rugs in places would have been nice because the sand gets everywhere, for instance coming in from patio, entering front door and in front of sinks in bathroom. Kitchen drawers could use liners, all easy fixes to make it 10/10 instead of 9/10. Would return in the end.

Great vacation here!

The location was fantastic! The pools and beach were amazing and just outside the doors - so convenient! My 3 year old granddaughter was with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Finding a condo with 2 king suites is so hard. The condo had everything we needed. A few things could be upgraded. YES, the beds are really creaky, but comfy. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded but we could see great from the patio, and the beach chairs are old and heavy, so we just didn't use them. The communication with the owner and the housekeeper was THE BEST! My brother and his wife joined us for 2 days and they provided 2 extra arms bands VERY quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall OK

Overall the condo was “fine.” This was our third stay at Waterscape but probably ranked the lowest for us. Overall it was superficially clean, but not deep cleaned. The view was great, location is great. We had a good amount of space for our family. I realize I am a tough critic because I really value cleanliness and I also value things that make it easier for me having young kids. Good things: location view basic pots and pans basic spices washer and dryer enclosed bunk space great communication allowed us early check in which was helpful things that could be improved: drain in master bathtub did not work so we could not use that one -dirty floor/rug in laundry room -dirty cabinets, esp under sink - no dish sponge supplied. most rentals provide a new one - no cleaning supplies supplied. I try to keep the space clean as we go all week and I don’t like buying other people cleaning supplies when I’m really just trying to be a good tenant. I cannot take any of this stuff home given that we air travel - one roll of TP supplied for a week with 5 people - one trash bag supplied - no beach towels. I feel strongly that if you have a beach condo that beach towels should be supplied. For someone traveling by air with a family of 5 I cannot bring beach towels. this was incredibly inconvenient for us. - really no beach toys other than a bucket and a noodle - no plastic plates and cups for kids. overall NOT the most fam friendly set up for young kids

Nice property

This place was a very nice condo to enjoy our mini family vacation! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. 2 elevators were down, which did make for very long waits, but we mostly took the stairs. Close to the Ft. Walton airport, and nearby good food options. The partial ocean view was definitely enough to see some sand and plenty of ocean!

The best week!

We had a great week! we brought our children's (3 & 1) for there first family beach trip. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to entertain them inside and at the beach. It was convenient to everything and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Family Vacation!

We had the best time at Waterscape! There was so much to do and the condo was fully furnished for any cooking/grilling that we did as well. A beach cart, toys, wave board were all provided in the condo, and the condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Super easy to check in and to reserve chairs/umbrella at the beach each day. We will definitely stay again in the future.
