  • Are you dreaming of a relaxing vacation with stunning ocean views and direct beach access? Look no further than our beachfront condo in Fort Walton Beach!



    Located just steps away from the pristine sandy shores, this well-appointed condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. From the fully-stocked kitchen to the relaxing living room and comfortable beds every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. FREE beach chair service during season of March 1st - October 31st (weather permitting)



    Upon entering the condo the primary bedroom is immediately to your right. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with your own full sized bathroom. There is a comfortable bunk bed in a nook that sleeps 2. The spacious kitchen is is fully stocked with everything needed dishes, pots and pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker and all the odds and ends. The couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. Spacious seating with a Smart TV that includes cable.

    We are available at all times during your stay. Feel free to reach out to us through the Airbnb app or call or text us



    The complex is located on a dead end street so very little traffic in front of complex. Lots of restaurants, shopping and activities in Fort Walton and Destin



    Our complex is located towards the end of a dead end street Santa Rosa Blvd. You have a designated parking spot in the garage but there is also plenty of parking available in front of the building



    Includes FREE beach chair service provided in front of complex. Lounge chairs and umbrellas set up every morning and removed in evening.



    There are some restaurants you can walk to from the condo and you are minutes away from Destin. Lots of options for daily activities like minature golf, water sports, fishing excursions, shopping and great restaurants all very close to the condo. A great condo to relax in yet close to all the acitivities and night life.

Perfect spot for me and my husband. There were a couple things but the host was on top of any issues I sent her. It was a very relaxing spot and all the people at Pelican were very nice and helpful.

We loved our stay. This was our first visit to Okaloosa and loved the beaches and nearby attractions. Jan’s place was very clean and cozy. We loved that it had direct beach access, had a deck overlooking the ocean and had a full kitchen with everything we needed.

Great beach access. This condo is on the first floor and the balcony is directly over the pool. So there is not privacy on the balcony. Other than that, it was all good.

This is a perfect property for a young family with kids who will be using the pool, which is just below the balcony. You can sit on the balcony and watch, listen and talk to them from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. It does not work for a couple who want to sit on the balcony, enjoy the gulf view, and have a quiet conversation. The host, Jan, is pleasant and helpful. I would certainly rent from her again and recommend her.

This is a great area in which to stay. The accommodations, communication, and amenities were all wonderful for our 10 day stay. Would not hesitate to recommend to others or to return for another stay. Thank you, Jan, for everything!

Wonderful! The unit was perfect, right off the beachfront. Very spacious and clean. Reserved parking under the building which was nice withPlenty of carts to assist in carrying things in.We hope to go again!

Great weekend getaway

The property was continently located minutes from town, but just far enough away so the beaches were semi private. Amazing view from the balcony. What little time we spent in the condo was pleasant. The condo was very clean and cozy. Would definitely book again.

Great Beach getaway

We had a great stay! Jan was very responsive through the booking and check in process and then again when we had an issue with one of the appliances. She responded within minutes and got the issue fixed quickly. The condo has a great view of the ocean. It is located right above the pool so there is some pool noise during the day but it can't be heard past the living room. The condo was well stocked. The chair service at the beach was a great bonus. We also appreciated that the beach has lifeguards as the water was very rough when we visited. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot on the beach

We have been to the area many times so we wanted to try a new place. We loved that we were right on the beach. I really loved that this property was ran by Jan and not a huge site. Jan was very responsive with any issues. We checked in and had an appliance issue but Jan has her cell phone in the book so I messaged her and she responded quickly and was going to send a handy man out the next day. I recommend this property especially through Jan. We are returning for a wedding in June and we are going to recommend the unit to some others!
