CBH-A in Fort Walton Beach

Good location in an older unit, right on the beach. Could use some upgrades but it was adequate for our group. The bonus golf and tours were a nice add-on. Parking space was good. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The outside rinse off shower area needs to be cleaned up (stickers in the grass, more space) but it gets the job done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third stay at this location, we love it an enjoy it every time. No complaints from us other than the tubs could use some anti slip pads, my wife fell twice in the shower. But the view the location an the size an looks of it for the price can't be beat. Planning on another visit soon.

Amazing views. Very spacious. Access to the beach was easy. The house was clean. Has a convenient store right around the corner. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags. Extra pillows. Only complaint was no frying pan or some sort of baking sheet and the dryer took 3 full drying cycles to dry any clothing. We will be booking again! Brooks and Shorey were amazing hosts and we loved the online guide

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in good condition and in a wonderful location. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is the hot water ran out after 2-3 showers. We had several people staying in the house but had to carefully plan showers so that no one was stuck taking a cold one.

Coconut Beach House A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out process was a breeze, no hassle. Very roomy as it slept our whole family of 9. We only expected a nicer place considering the price we paid for a weeks stay. The place definitely served its purpose and was directly on the beach, but for nearly $6k we expected it to be a bit nicer than it was. I’d give a 4 out of 5 stars.
