  • Welcome to your perfect coastal escape on Okaloosa Island, Coastal Comfort-Pet Friendly! This spacious two-story, 3-bedroom townhome offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and pet-friendly hospitality just a short walk to the public beach access and the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast.

    🌴 The Space

    Designed for families and small groups, this thoughtfully laid-out townhome features two floors of relaxed coastal living. The main level offers an open-concept living and dining area, perfect for gathering after a beach day, along with a fully equipped kitchen stocked for home-cooked meals. Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms provide restful retreats, with plenty of space to spread out and unwind.

    🐾 Pet Friendly

    We know vacations are better when the whole family comes along including your dog! Well-behaved pups are welcome, so you can enjoy the private backyard space or sunset strolls together down Santa Rosa Blvd. Up to 2 dogs 45 pounds and under are allowed to stay for a non refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax per dog.

    While not directly beachfront, you’re just a short, easy walk to the nearest public beach access point - close enough for morning sunrises and evening shoreline walks without beachfront pricing. You’ll also be a short drive from local dining, water activities, and family attractions, while still enjoying the quieter, laid-back atmosphere the island is known for.

Excellent location with beach access directly across the street. Everything was modern and up to date. Great communication with owner. Everything was 5 stars. Will stay again when in the area.

This property is almost everything you'd hope for on a vacation with a dog. The house is quaint and directly across from the beach access which is easily accessible out the back door. You just have to ask for the code and it's almost immediately provided. There's a fenced in backyard to easily and safely let your dog out as needed. It has a boat ramp located around the corner you can go fishing at and we even saw a manatee at it. The location is away from the heavy Destin traffic, but has similar beaches and Destin is easily accessible when you want to go shopping. I wish it was a house directly on the beach, but considering there's hotels there, we preferred the house.

The place clean and comfortable. It was also roomy. We liked that it had a bathroom downstairs. The beach was close enough to walk to. It would have been nice to walk out the back gate to go to the beach rather than having to walk all the way around. Gave it 4 stars because initially the code they gave us wouldn't work. But it was taken care of swiftly when I called. Also the trash bin by the front door was full and with the heat stunk enough to make you sick- we had to move it over by some other trash bins after the first day. Overall, I would recommend the place!
